摘要
近十年来,为适应我国经济社会发展的要求,推动信息技术的融合发展,党和政府加大信息化政策的推进力度,出台了一系列信息化政策文件,为信息化发展指明了方向。通过梳理相关政策文件可知,我国全面实施国家信息化发展战略,不断促进信息领域消费,积极推进"互联网+"行动,持续开展智慧城市建设;同时,我国强化了教育信息化的政策支持,加强了教育信息化的全面规划,突出了社区教育信息化的作用。基于国家信息化发展政策的视域,我们有必要进一步思考社区教育信息化如何实现同步发展,社区教育信息化如何加强整体规划,城市如何引领社区教育信息化发展等问题。
In order to adapt to China's economic and social development and promote the integration development of information technology,a series of informatization policy documents have been issued in the last decade. By researching the relevant policy documents,our country has fully implemented the national informatization development strategy,constantly promoted the field of information consumption,actively promoted " Internet + " action,and continuously promoted smart city construction. At the same time,our country has strengthened the policy support and comprehensive planning of education informatization,and highlighted the role of community education informatization. Based on the national informatization development policy,it is necessary for us to further think about the ways to realize the synchronous development and to strengthen the overall planning of community education informationization,,and the ways for cities to lead the development of community education informatization.
