审视与重构:开放教育精准教学的实践与创新——以J市电大政府经济学教学为例

摘要 提升开放教育教学质量关系到国家开放大学战略转型升级的成败,基于精准教育教学理论,结合开放教育教学的特性,本文从精准教学的四个维度分析,以J市电大政府经济学课程教学为例,审视当前基层电大精准教学在教学目标、实践、过程、评价的不足,重构开放教育精准教学指导框架,并提出以构建"CII"协同机制,制定课程精准教学目标;构建U-learning的PBL教学平台,实施精准教学实践;构建"一网一微一平台"互动云平台,强化课程精准教学交互;构建多元化、开放性的考评机制,开展课程精准教学评价等四项举措实施开放教育精准教学实践与创新。 Improving the education’s quality is the key to make the transformation and upgrading of the National Open University to be success,take the course of government economic teaching of J TV University as an example,and based on the theory of precision teaching and according to the characteristics of open education,this paper investigates the problems of its four angles,and then reconstructes the guiding framework.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following four ways to realize and improve precision teaching in open education.First,construct"CII"coordination mechanism in order to set up teaching aims for the precise teaching.Second,build a PBL teaching platform of U-Learning and implement precision teaching practice.Third,create an interactive cloud platform of"one network,one micro and one platform"so as to strengthen the interaction between learners and teachers.Fourthly,make a diversified and open evaluation system to realize precise evaluation.
