摘要
高校教学管理信息化建设深刻影响着教学管理和改革的理念,积极推动着教学内容、方法、手段的全面创新和深刻变革。未来高校的教学管理要以数字化教学资源共享为核心,不断完善管理机制和服务能力,增强师生对教学管理系统使用的粘度,变管理型系统为资源型系统,构建以资源共享和信息服务双重功能为中心的教学管理与服务系统,逐步形成与国家教育现代化发展目标相适应的高校教学管理信息化体系,培育人人可受益的优质教育资源环境,建成服务于学习型社会的高校教学管理服务支撑体系。
The informationalization of college teaching management has a profound impact on the concept of teaching management and reform, which actively promotes the innovation and reform of teaching contents, methods and means. In the future, college teaching management will take the sharing of digital teaching resources as the core to improve the management mechanism and service ability. It will also urge teachers and students to use the teaching management system, which will change the management system into resource - based one. The informationalization will finally construct the network radial teaching management and service that centered on the dual functions of resource sharing and information service. The system will gradually form an informationalized college teaching management that is compatible with the development goal of national education modernization. It cultivates quality educational resources and environment benefiting everyone and builds a supporting system for college teaching management that will eventually serves the society.
