摘要
英语之所以成为当今世界上主要的国际通用语言之一 ,除了政治、历史等原因外 ,还有一点不可忽视 ,那便是蕴含于英语语言中的独特的美学意蕴。这种美学意蕴主要表现在语音的韵律美、语法的简洁美、词义的丰富美与和谐美及语句的修辞美等。这也正是英语语言独特的艺术魅力所在。
English is one of the commonly used languages in the world. This might be on account of politics, history, as well as the aesthetic charm of English of its own which should not be neglected. Through the research on phonetics , grammar , words and sentence , the beauty of English were expounded .The rhythmic sound ,the terse grammar ,the harmonious wording , and the colorful sentences work together to make English a beautiful and charming language in the world .
