摘要
随着医学模式的改变,护理教学单靠解决认知领域的问题,远远不能适应现代护理模式的需要。在完成认知因素相关知识的同时,挖掘学习潜能、调动积极因素,培养主动服务意识,培养健康向上的人生态度等非智能因素的问题也亟待解决。运用情感教学思想、师爱育人的方式进行了积极探讨,使教师认识情感教学的意义,师爱育人的内涵,并将爱融入到教学工作中去,注重应用激励机制,因人施教,使学生变被动为主动,从而提高了护理教学质量。
With the changing of the medical mode, nurse teaching is far from matching the needs of modern nursing, if we only solve the theoreric problems. When we complete the teaching of theories, it also very important for us to resolve the problems of how to excavate the potential of learning, mobilize the activity of students, train the consciousness of active serving and the positive attitude of life. We actively probed into this mode. Using the idea of emotional teaching. The teachers should understand the meaning and the importance of the teaching affectionately, and do the teaching work with love. The teachers should lay stress on applying the encouragement system, teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. With the help of the teacher, the students transform the passive study to positive study. Thereby, we can improve the quality of nurse teaching.
