护理学专兼职教师岗位胜任素质现况调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查研究护理学专兼职教师岗位胜任素质现况。方法:采用问卷调查法,收集分析97名护理专兼职教师的一般资料,包括性别、年龄、学历、职称等基本项目及岗位胜任素质情况,包括专业知识和技能、个人特质、师生关系和人际沟通能力、价值观和工作态度四个方面,共计34项内容。结果:专兼职护理教师整体在个人特质、师生关系、人际沟通、价值观、工作态度等方面均无统计学显著差异,两组在专业知识技能方面存在统计学显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:倡导积极开展校院联合的教师培养模式,重视教师岗前培训和继续教育,不断完善个体化考评机制,促进高校人才管理,真正缩小专兼职护理教师间的差异。 Object: To make an investigation on the current post competence of the full-time part-time teachers in nursing specialty. Method: A questionnaire survey is conducted to collect and analyze the general information of 97 nursing professionals, including their gender, age, educational background, professional title, other basic items and post competency, as well as their professional knowledge and skills, personal characteristics, teacher-student relationship and interpersonal communication skills,values and work attitude, a total of 34 items. Result: There is no statistically significant difference between the full-time part-time nursing teachers in personal qualities, teacher-student relationship, interpersonal communication, social value and working attitude, etc., and there are statistically significant differences between the two groups in professional knowledge skills(P0.01). Conclusion: We advocate to actively complete the joint teacher training mode, attach importance to teachers' pre-service training and continuing education, perfect individual evaluation mechanism, promote the talent management in colleges and universities, and to shrink the differences between full-time part-time teachers truly.
