摘要
在弱酸性介质中,痕量铜可强烈地催化过氧化氢氧化灿烂绿的褪色反应,从而建立了测定痕量铜的催化动力学光度分析新方法。在最佳实验条件下,本法的检出限为8.6×10-9g/mL,线性范围为(0.0-0.2)μg/mL,用于实际水样中痕量铜的测定,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic kinetic photometric method for the determination of trace Cuprum was established based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation fading of brilliant green by H2O2 in weak acid medium. At the optimum condition, the detect limit is 8.6×10-9 g/mL, linear rang is (0.0~0.2)μg/mL.The method is used to determinate trace cuprum in water samples with satisfactory results.
