摘要
文献报导的人发中铜的测定样品处理多采用干灰化法或混合酸消化原子吸收法测定。虽然这两种消化样品的方法都是可行的,但都比较费时,也容易受到试剂和高温炉的污染。笔者采用有机碱融化发样并经Triton X-100稀释后,石墨炉原子吸收法直接进样测定。本法样品处理简便、快速、无污染、分析结果精度高、回收率好。与混合酸消化样品的测定结果无明显差异。
This paper dcscribcs a method for determination of copper in human hair using Tetramcthylammonium Hydroxide solution (TMAH) for softening.
The hair sample was analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The pre-trcatmcnt was simple: the hair was dissolved with 5% TMAH and heated, then diluted with 0.2% Triton X-100. The detection limit is 0.360μg/g of copper in hair, with a relative standard deviation of less than 6% for all concentrations. This procedure is convenient, rapid and free from contamination.
