摘要
应用石墨炉原子吸收法测定了西安市２１４名健康人头发中Ｚｎ，Ｃｕ，Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ，Ｐｈ，Ｃｄ，Ｃｒ，Ｍｏ，Ｎｉ，Ｃｏ，Ｓｅ等１１种微量元素的含量．测定结果用计算机进行统计检验，并对不同年龄、不同性别进行对比分析，对人体微量元素与环境的关系作了对比研究．提出西安市健康人头发中１１种微量元素含量的参考值范围．
The contents of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Co, Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, Mo, and Se in the hair of 214 healthy people are measured by graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in Xi'an. The normal values of the 11 trace elements in hair and the relative factors are studied by means of computor multi factors analysis. The normal values of 11 trace elements are established for healthy human's hair in Xi'an.
