摘要 研究了在稀H2SO4介质中Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ使之褪色,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法.方法的线性范围为0~0048mg/L,检测限为251×10-11g/L.方法的灵敏度高,准确度好,在用于测定生活饮用水中痕量铜时,结果满意. The decolouring reaction which results from the oxidation of Arsenazo Ⅲ by Cu(Ⅱ) to catalyze hydrogen peroxide in dilute H 2SO 4 has been studied.A new method of catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in drinking water has been established. The decrease in colour has been to be directly proportional to the amount of Cu(Ⅱ). The method is highly sensitive,the limit of determination in this method is 2 51×10 -11 g/L.The linear respondence is in range 0~1 2μg/25mL.The method has been used to determine trace Cu(Ⅱ) in drinking water with satisfactory results.
