摘要
目的探讨自拟活血化瘀方联合针刺法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月沈阳市第二中医院针灸科就诊的80例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,口服双氯芬酸钠,1次/d,75 mg/次;甲钴胺片营养神经,3次/d,0. 5 mg/次。试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟活血化瘀方联合针刺法对患者进行治疗,比较2组患者的有效率。结果试验组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者使用自拟活血化瘀方联合针刺法治疗,可以明显提高患者的生活质量,提高临床有效率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,80 patients with blood stasis lumbar disc herniation treated in the acupuncture department of Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 patients in the each group.The control group adopted diclofenac sodium 3 times/d,75 mg/time.The experimental group was treated with self-designed Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture.The effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the quality of life and clinical efficiency of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
