摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)会引发腰部疼痛、活动受限等症状,具有病程长、易反复发作等特征。临床治疗该疾病以手术及保守治疗为主,其中针灸因不良反应小、疗效显著备受患者青睐。近年来,随着中医技术的发展与推广,针灸疗法已被广泛用于LDH治疗中,并取得显著疗效。本文从LDH血瘀型、寒湿型、湿热型、肾虚型四大证型对各种针灸疗法进行综述,以期为LDH患者中医治疗提供参考。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)can cause lumbar pain,limited activity and other symptoms,with a long course of disease,easy to recur and other characteristics.The clinical treatment of this disease is mainly based on surgery and conservative treatment.Acupuncture and moxibustion are favored by patients because of its small side effects,significant efficacy.In recent years,with the development and promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine technology,acupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of LDH,and has achieved remarkable results.This article reviews various acupuncture and moxibustion therapies from four major syndromes of LDH,blood stasis,cold-dampness,damp-heat,and kidney deficiency,with a view to providing references for Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of LDH patients.
