摘要
目的:观察推拿与睡枕联合治疗寰枕后膜挛缩症的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年2月—2014年2月本院寰枕后膜挛缩症患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用氯唑沙宗和地塞米松进行口服治疗,观察组采用寰枕后膜推拿松解术和睡枕进行联合治疗,两组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后每分血流量R、L的变化,寰枕后间隙的间距改变及临床疗效。结果:两组患者在术后的每分血流量R、L都有明显的增加,而且观察组在治疗后的每分血流量R、L均高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后通过X线检查,发现观察组患者的寰枕后间隙的间距都有所增加,而且观察组增加的更为明显;观察组治疗后的有效率为94.0%,较对照组58.0%明显增加,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:推拿与睡枕联合治疗寰枕后膜挛缩症疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of massage combined with sleeping pillow in the treatment of 50 patients with contracture of posterior atlantooccipital membrane. Methods： A total of 100 patients with contracture of posterior atlantooccipital membrane from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected in the research and were divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients per group. The control group was orally treated by chlorzoxazone and dexamethasone while the observation group applied massage releasing therapy of posterior atlantooccipital membrane. One treatment course was 10 d and the treatment lasted for 2 courses,the changes of blood flow volume R,T per minute,the changes of posterior atlantooccipital interval gaps as well as clinical efficacy before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed. Results： The postoperative blood flow volume R,T per minute was increased in the two groups,and it was higher than that in the observation group,which demonstrated there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The X-ray examination revealed that the posterior atlantooccipital interval gaps in two group were both increased after treatment,and the increasing degree in the observation group was higher. The total efficacy rate after treatment in the observation was 94. 0%,which was higher than that in the control group（58. 0%）,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative efficacy of massage combined with sleeping pillow in the treatment of contracture of posterior atlantooccipital membrane is obvious.
