摘要
防撞钢套箱在大型水上桥梁施工中越来越受到设计者的青睐,其拼装和下放的方法也有多种,有整体竖转、浮吊下放、原位拼装等。本研究所叙述的施工技术是在以往类似工程的基础上加以提炼和技术革新,形成了一套成熟的施工经验。通过对非正规半日潮影响的哑铃型承台防撞钢套箱施工研究,解决了哑铃型钢套箱拼装难度大、下放精度难以控制等技术难题,体现出该项技术简洁、高效、安全保障系数高、施工精度高、经济效益明显等优点,为今后类似工程提供参考。
Anti-collision steel case is more and more favored by designers in the construction of large water bridge,there are many ways for its assembling and overall lowering, including holistic vertical rotation,lowering by floating crane,in-situ assembling,etc. The construction technology described here is a set of mature construction experience through refining and technically innovation on the basis of similar projects in the past. By researching the construction of anti-collision steel case for dumbbell-shaped pile cap influenced by non-regular semi-day tide,solved the technical problems such as the difficulty of assembling the dumbbell steel case and controlling the lowering accuracy. It reflects the advantages of simplicity,high efficiency,high safety and security factor,high construction precision and obvious economic benefit of this technology,which provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
