内河深水大型双壁无底钢套箱设计及施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 详细介绍了内河深水大型双壁无底钢套箱设计及施工技术。设计了大型双壁无底钢套箱,利用Midas数值模型计算得出结构最大压应力为81.04 MPa,最大拉应力为144.96 MPa,抗浮安全系数为1.21,满足设计及相关规范要求;提出了厂内分层制作块体、半幅拼装分船运输、水上合船整体组装和浮吊整体吊装下水的钢套箱制作工艺,开拓了大型双壁无底钢套箱制作下水的新思路;开发了整套“内河大型双壁无底钢套箱精准定位下沉实时监控系统”。 Design and construction technology of large double-wall steel box in deep water of inland river are introduced in detail.In the design of the above-mentioned steel box,Midas model is built to calculate the maximum stress against structural load and tension,as well as anti-floating factor of safety,that is,81.04 Mpa,144.96Mpa and 1.21 respectively,which meet the requirements of design and related specifications.A set of production technology is proposed,which includes the layered blocks made in plant,half assembly and shipping,waterborne integrated assembly and the whole steel box being lifted sunk into water by ship crane.The technology supports new idea and can be used to develop real-time monitoring system for accurate positioning and sinking of large double-wall bottomless steel box in inland river.
