摘要
为验算某大型桥梁深水承台施工过程中,其大型钢套箱受力是否符合安全要求。利用有限元程序ANSYS对其各工况进行分析计算,其中为准确模拟套箱侧板验算时的边界条件。采用受压杆单元模拟套箱内侧板与封底混凝土间的止水橡胶层。结果表明钢套箱在各工况中受力符合安全要求,为工程施工提供参考依据。
The cofferdam was simulated by using ANSYS,the general FE program,to verify whether the stress fulfills the standard during the construction.For more accurately simulating,the compressed link element was used to simulate the rubber between the inner plate and the concrete.The result illustrated that the structure is safe and it can be available for reference to the construction.
