摘要
目的了解海口市居民对国家基本公共卫生服务的知晓情况及服务满意度,分析原因,为均等化服务提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取海口市居民872人,以电话调查的方式对其进行知晓率和服务满意度调查,采用χ~2检验、Logistic回归等方法进行统计分析。结果海口市居民对基本公共卫生服务项目总体知晓率为74.71%,城市居民高于农村居民(χ~2=4.928,P<0.05),重点人群高于非重点人群,其中孕产妇知晓率最高(χ~2=121.939,P<0.01)。海口市居民对基本公共卫生服务项目总体满意度为76.37%,各行政区居民满意度之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.560,P<0.01),城市居民高于农村居民(χ~2=10.404,P<0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,不同人群类型及城乡对知晓率及满意度均有影响。结论海口市居民对基本公共卫生服务项目总体知晓率和服务满意度均不高,尤其是城乡差异较大,应进一步加大宣传力度,提升服务质量,提高居民的认知水平和满意度。
Objective To understand the awareness and satisfaction of Haikou residents on the basic public health services,analyze the reasons and provide the basis for equalization service.Methods Eight hundred and seventy-two residents in Haikou city were randomly selected by stratified random sampling,and their awareness rate and service satisfaction were investigated by telephone survey.Chi-square test and logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Results The overall awareness rate of Haikou residents on basic public health services was 74.71%,and the awareness rate of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents(χ~2=4.928,P<0.05).The awareness rate of key groups was higher than that of non-key groups,and the satisfaction rate of pregnant and lying-in women was the highest(χ~2=121.939,P<0.01).Haikou residents’overall satisfaction with basic public health services was 76.37%,with differences(χ~2=21.560,P<0.01)among different administrative regions,and urban residents’satisfaction was higher than rural residents(χ~2=10.404,P<0.01).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that population types and urban and rural areas had an impact on the awareness rate and satisfaction.Conclusion The overall awareness rate and service satisfaction of Haikou residents on the basic public health service items are not high,especially the difference between urban and rural areas is significant.So more publicity efforts should be made to improve the service quality and improve residents’cognitive level and satisfaction.
