摘要
目的了解甘肃省居民对基本公共卫生服务的获得感现状,为提高服务质量提供针对性建议。方法自行设计居民获得感调查问卷,运用分层随机抽样法,调查甘肃省河西、中部、东部、南部和民族自治州5个地区3324名常驻居民对基本公共卫生服务项目的知晓率、利用率和满意度,采用TOPSIS法、RSR法以及两者模糊联合法综合评价居民的获得感。结果TOPSIS法、RSR法以及两者模糊联合法评价结果基本一致,5个地区间比较,河西居民获得感较高,南部获得感较低。6类人群中2型糖尿病和高血压患者获得感较好,一般人群获得感较差。结论甘肃省不同地区、不同类型居民获得感水平差异较大,应因地制宜开展针对性服务,增强居民的获得感。
Objective To understand the situation of the residents'acquisition sense of access to basic public health services in Gansu Province,and to provide targeted suggestions for improving the service quality.Methods The awareness,utilization and satisfaction rate of basic public health service items were investigated among 3324 resident residents in Hexi,central,eastern,southern and ethnic autonomous prefectures of Gansu Province by means of stratified random sampling.The TOPSIS method,RSR method and fuzzy joint method were used to evaluate the residents'acquisition sense.Results The evaluation results of the TOPSIS method,RSR method and fuzzy joint method were basically the same.A comparison between the five regions showed that Hexi residents had a higher sense of acquisition,but those in southern Gansu had a lower sense of acquisi-tion;patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension felt better than those with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension in the general population.Conclusion There were great differences in the level of acquisi-tion sense among different types of residents in different regions of Gansu Province.Targeted services should be carried out according to local conditions to enhance the acquisition of residents.
