摘要
《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》是开发能力标准的基本政策条件。高校辅导员就业指导工作职业能力标准的构建,应借鉴国内外职业能力标准研究成果,基于高校辅导员就业指导的主要任务、岗位要求,以职业活动为导向,以职业能力为核心,运用工作任务与职业能力分析,按照模块化、层次化和专业化的方向制定。
The Standard for Professional Competence of University Instructors( Interim) is the basic policy condition for developing the Competence Standard. The Construction of the Competence Standard for University Instructors’ Employment Guidance should draw lessons from the research results of professional competence standards at home and abroad,based on the main task of university instructors’ Employment guidance,position requirements oriented by professional activities. taken by professional competence as the core,applied in the task occupational ability analysis method,and formulated in the direction of stratification,specialization and modularization.
