摘要
基于能力导向的大学生就业指导课程题库强调"培养目标—教学过程—质量提升"三位一体协同推进,突出能力导向,强化过程管理,加强持续改进,形成闭环可检测可控制可反馈体系。本研究阐述题库建设的思路,要求以教学大纲为依据、以学生参与为主体、以人工智能为抓手、以双向互动为基础,强调科学规范命题组卷、完善丰富学习方式、及时客观评分分析、认真细致反馈维护。题库可以实现考试试题标准化、考试过程规范化、考试结果公正化和教学考核现代化、教与学双向促进,提高学生学习成效和教师教学质量,为推动就业指导课程教学改革与发展提供有力借鉴。
The question bank construction of college Students’Employment Guidance Course based on ability orientation emphasizes the trinity of"training objective,teaching process and quality improvement".It emphasizes ability orientation,strengthens process management and enhances further improvement,forming a closed-loop system that can be tested,controlled and fed back.This essay expounds the idea of the question bank construction,which requires the teaching syllabus as the basis,student participation as the main body,artificial intelligence as the starting point,and two-way interaction as the basis.It lays emphasis on building tests scientifically,improve and enrich learning style,analysising timely,and maintaining meticulously.The question bank can realizes the standardization of question form and process,the fairness of examination results,the modernization of teaching assessment,and the two-way promotion of teaching and learning,which improves students’learning effectiveness and teachers’teaching quality,thus offering a powerful reference to the reform and development of the employment guidance course.
