摘要
基于2004—2022年安徽省16市面板数据,运用熵权法与耦合协调度模型,构建安徽省农业保险高质量发展与乡村振兴评价的指标体系,量化评估并分析安徽省农业保险与乡村振兴的协同发展状况。同时,采用灰色关联度模型解析主要驱动因素。研究发现,两系统协同性虽由“极度失调”趋向“优质协调”,但进程缓慢且空间上呈现不均衡;影响两者协调程度的驱动因素中,保险深度、粮食产量和保费收入是最关键的。因此,应健全政保农合作协同发展机制,平衡驱动地方特色农险创新与信息共享机制,优化关键指标与效能提升机制。
Based on the panel data of 16 cities in Anhui province from 2004 to 2022,an index system for the evaluation of high-quality development of agricultural insurance and rural revitalization in Anhui Province was constructed by using entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model,and the collaborative development of agricultural insurance and rural revitalization in Anhui province was quantitatively evaluated and analyzed.At the same time,the grey relational degree model is used to analyze the main driving factors.It is found that although the coordination of the two systems changes from“extreme dissonance”to“excellent coordination”,the process is slow and unbalanced in space.Among the driving factors affecting the coordination degree of the two,the insurance depth,grain yield and premium income are the most critical.Therefore,we should improve the cooperative development mechanism of government,insurance and agriculture,balance the innovation and information sharing mechanism of local agricultural insurance,and optimize the key indicators and efficiency improvement mechanism.
