大数据赋能德育评价的逻辑向度、现实困境与实践进路

摘要 教育大数据的不断积累和广泛应用为新时代德育评价变革提供了强大动力。借助大数据赋能,德育评价能够立足更具全面性和客观性的学生道德样貌,依托质性与量化相结合的方法,从而指向德育评价自身的洞察力、生成性与增值价值。然而,真实复杂的德性无法被数据完全呈现、“全景敞视”的数据监控可能诱发德育评价的过程风险、相关性思维难以触及德育评价的内在机理以及数据获取、处理与保存容易侵犯个人隐私等问题,也限制了大数据赋能德育评价的深度。为充分释放大数据赋能德育评价的功效,需要坚持技以助人,追求客观事实与价值判断的内在统一;正视德育特性,规约大数据在德育评价中的适当嵌入;革新评价范式,实现量化评估与质性评价的耦合共生;回归本体价值,发挥德育评价“育德成人”的反拨功能。 The continuous accumulation and wide application of educational big data has provided a strong driving force for the reform of moral education evaluation in the new era.With the support and empowerment of big data,moral education evaluation can depend on the more comprehensive and objective facts of the students’morality,rely on the integration of qualitative and quantitative methods,and pinpoint the insight,generation and value-added value of moral education evaluation itself.However,data cannot fully reveal the real and complex morality,the panoramic data monitoring may induce the process risk in moral education evaluation,it is difficult for relevant thinking to disclose the internal mechanism of moral education evaluation,and it is also easy to violate moral privacy in data acquisition,processing and preservation,which also limit the application depth of moral education evaluation empowered by big data.In order to fully release the efficiency of moral education evaluation empowered by big data,it is necessary to adhere to the technology serving the people,pursuing the internal unity of objective facts and value judgment,fully understand the characteristics of moral education,regulate the proper embedding of big data in moral education evaluation,renew the evaluation paradigm,realize the coupling symbiosis of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,return to ontological value,and fulfill the backwash function of moral education evaluation for training virtuous students.
