摘要
工程造价管控的成效,影响着EPC项目的利润和资金的投资效益。为此,分析了传统EPC项目工程造价管控中存在的问题,结合案例,提出EPC项目工程造价管控的有效措施。通过成立矩阵制EPC项目管理机构、将限额设计经济观念融入设计阶段、实施施工阶段成本的动态管理、提高工程造价人员的技术和经济管理能力的措施,提高项目的工程造价管控能力和成效,提高EPC项目整体的经济效益。
The effectiveness of project cost control will affect the profits and investment benefits of EPC projects.This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional EPC project cost control,and proposes effective measures for EPC project cost control based on cases.Through the establishment of matrix EPC project management organization,the economic concept of quota design into the design stage,the implementation of dynamic cost management in the construction stage,and the measures to improve the technical and economic management ability of engineering cost personnel,the ability and effectiveness of project cost control and control can be improved,and the overall economic benefits of EPC projects can be improved.
