EPC模式下高速铁路线路方案优化

摘要 EPC模式正在国内外各行业广泛应用,对于提高工程建设的效益和质量起到了重要作用。不同于普通EPC项目,设计单位主导的EPC高速铁路工程项目可充分发挥其在设计技术领域的优势,并通过优化调整技术方案管控投资。针对该模式下的高速铁路线路方案进行研究,提出优化调整的原则与方向,并结合盐通高铁工程项目,对线路方案的优化进行具体阐释。研究表明,在设计主导EPC模式下,设计单位可通过方案优化实现对投资的有效管控,但对安全、质量等方面应保持审慎。该研究可为类似项目提供参考。 EPC mode is widely used in various industries at home and abroad,which plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of project construction.Unlike ordinary EPC projects,EPC high speed railway projects led by design units can give full play to their advantages in the field of design technology and control investment through optimization and adjustment of technical schemes.According to the study of the high speed railway line scheme in this mode,this paper puts forward the principle and direction of optimization and adjustment,and explains the optimization of the line scheme in detail in combination with the Yancheng Nantong HSR project.The study shows that in the EPC mode of railway engineering projects led by design units,the designer can effectively control the investment through scheme optimization,but should be prudent in safety and quality.This study can provide a reference for similar projects.
