生成式人工智能在病理生理学基于案例/问题教学中的应用探讨

摘要 人工智能的发展影响教育行业的改革,其中,以“生成式人工智能(ChatGPT)”为代表的自然语言处理工具开始被广泛运用于医学教育领域,通过简单的文本输入创造新的内容。基于案例/问题的教学方法(CPBL)是一种通过真实案例结合问题导向,进行师生互动、生生互动的教学方法。病理生理学作为衔接基础与临床的学科,CPBL案例则重在机制探讨,而非诊断。然而这一撰写过程,对于基础医学教师而言费时费力,且具备一定难度。因此,“新医科”背景下的教师,如何跟上技术更迭的步伐并在CPBL课程设计、评估策略和教学方法中进行人工智能的合理运用是至关重要。因此,笔者以“ChatGPT”为例,总结人工智能在病理生理学CPBL教学应用中前景、优势与挑战,为病理生理学CPBL教学模式改革提供理论依据。 The development of artificial intelligence has influenced the reform of the education industry,among which natural language processing tools represented by"Chat generative pre-trained transformer(ChatGPT)"have been widely used in the field of medical education to create new content through simple text input.Case-problem-based learning(CPBL)is a kind of teaching method that combines real cases with problem orientation and carries on teacher-student and student-student interaction.Pathophysiology is a discipline that connects basic and clinical,and the CPBL case focuses on mechanism rather than diagnosis.However,this writing process is time-consuming and difficult for basic medical teachers.Therefore,in the context of"new medicine",it is crucial for teachers to keep up with the pace of technological change and make reasonable use of artificial intelligence in CPBL curriculum design,assessment strategies and teaching methods.Therefore,the author takes"ChatGPT"as an example to summarize the prospect,advantages and challenges of artificial intelligence in the application of pathophysiology CPBL teaching,providing a theoretical basis for the reform of pathophysiology CPBL teaching mode.
