摘要
目的探索"以问题为基础学习"(Problem-based learning,简称PBL)的教学法在中医内科实习带教中的效果,为进一步提高中医教学质量提供依据。方法选择中医学专业实习生50人为研究对象,分为观察组(PBL带教)、对照组(传统带教)进行中医内科学实习,通过调查问卷形式了解实习生对PBL教学法的认可程度。结果约90%的被调查者可以接受PBL教学法。相比于传统教学,观察组84%的实习生认为PBL适合于增强实习兴趣、自学能力及知识拓展,分别有56%、64%的实习生认为组织协调、语言表达能力有所提高;PBL存在的问题主要表现为病例选取、问题设置欠合理,教师缺乏指导性。相比于PBL,对照组有36%的实习生认为在文字表达能力方面得到提高,传统教学的主要问题表现为学生缺乏学习积极性及团队协作能力。结论 PBL教学激发了学生主观能动性,提高了学习的参与度,在中医内科实习带教中取得了良好效果。
Objective In order to further improve the quality of teaching in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,we explored the effect of the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method on teaching practices.Methods 50 traditional Chinese medicine interns were selected as the research objects.The observation group(PBL teaching)tried out the teaching pattern of PBL in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group(traditional teaching)kept traditional learning style.The intern’s recognition of PBL teaching method was learned through questionnaires.Results About 90%of the respondents could accept the PBL teaching method.Compared with traditional teaching,84%of interns in the observation group believed that PBL was suitable for enhancing internship interest,self-learning ability and expanding knowledge,56%and 64%of interns thought that the organization coordination and language expression ability of them have improved.The problems of PBL were mainly manifested in case selection,unreasonable problem setting,and lack of guidance from teachers.Compared to PBL,36%of interns in the control group believed that they had improved their writing skills.The main problem of traditional teaching was students have few study enthusiasm and team cooperation ability.Conclusion PBL teaching stimulated the students’subjective initiative,improved the participation of learning,and had achieved good results on teaching practices in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
