摘要
目的探讨在妇科教学中应用TBL及CBL相结合教学法的效果。方法选取河北大学附属医院妇科2022年6—8月(对照组)和2022年9—12月(观察组)两个阶段各15名四年级本科医学生,所有医学生均参与妇科规范化教学,对照组实施传统教学法,观察组实施TBL、CBL相结合教学法,对比两组应用效果。结果观察组理论知识、操作技能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组提高自学能力、分析解决问题能力、沟通能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科教学中应用TBL及CBL相结合教学法的效果明显,该教学法可满足临床妇科本科医学生学习需求,不仅可以提升总体教学质量,还能提高学生对教学法的满意度,强化其综合能力。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the combined teaching method of TBL and CBL in gynecology teaching.Methods A total of 15 fourth-grade undergraduate medical students from June to August 2022(control group)and September to December 2022(observation group)in the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hos⁃pital of Hebei University were selected.All medical students participated in the standardized teaching of gynecology.The control group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the observation group implemented the TBL and CBL combined teaching method.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of improving self-learning ability,analyzing and solving problem abil⁃ity and communication ability in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying the com⁃bined teaching method of TBL and CBL in gynecology teaching is obvious,and this teaching method can meet the learning needs of clinical gynecology undergraduate medical students,not only promote the overall teaching quality,but also improve students´satisfaction with the teaching method,strengthen their comprehensive ability.
