摘要
目的研究临床病理讨论法(CPC)应用于病理学教学中的成效。方法将河南护理职业学院2020级的200名护理专业学生作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组100人。实验组应用临床病理讨论法,对照组采取常规教学法。比较2组研究对象的病理学问卷调查结果及笔试成绩。结果实验组学生的问卷调查结果是(88.3±10.2)分,笔试成绩是(89.6±11.3)分;对照组学生的问卷调查结果是(74.3±9.2)分,笔试成绩是(74.2±10.2)分。2个组别进行对比,实验组的问卷评分与笔试成绩比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病理学教学中,采用临床病理讨论法能提高学生的思维能力。自我思考与克服难题能力,推动学生全方位进步,提高其学习成效,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of clinical pathological discussion method(CPC)in pathology teaching.Methods 200 nursing students of Grade 2020 in Henan Nursing Vocational College were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,200 nursing students were divided into the experimental group and the control group,and each group of 100 students.The experimental group applied clinical pathology discussion method in pathology teaching.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method in the pathology experiment teaching.The results of the pathology questionnaire survey and the written examination paper were compared between the two groups.Results The results of questionnaire survey and written test were(88.3±10.2)points and(89.6±11.3)points respectively.The results of questionnaire survey and written test were(74.3±9.2)points and(74.2±10.2)points respectively.Compared with the two groups,the questionnaire and written test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of pathology,we should adopt the clinical pathology discussion method can better improve students’thinking ability,strengthen students’ability of self-thinking and overcoming problems,promote students’all-round progress,and better enhance their learning effectiveness.It is worthy of popularization and application.
