摘要
随着人工智能的迅速发展,其在食品质量安全管理中的应用日益广泛。本文概述人工智能发展情况和食品质量安全管理现状,分析人工智能在食品质量安全管理中的应用现状、存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期提高食品质量安全管理效率和水平。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,its application in food quality and safety management is increasingly widespread.This paper summarizes the development of artificial intelligence and the current situation of food quality and safety management,analyzes the application status and existing problems of artificial intelligence in food quality and safety management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the efficiency and level of food quality and safety management.
