摘要
教研工作在推动教学改革、助力教师发展等方面发挥着重要作用。在义务教育“以县为主”的管理体制下,区县层面教研体系的完善更在区域教育教学改革和专业力量培育过程中起着关键作用,成为我国课程与教学改革向纵深处发展的必要条件。当前,区域教研制度实施对区域内教师发展、学科建设、课程与教学改革、区域教育优质均衡发展具有重要意义,但在教研活动设计、教研员队伍建设和组织管理体系构建方面仍存在现实困境。为此,可以从理念与文化构建、平台与制度建设、学科教研共同体建设三个方面完善区域教研体系建设。
Educational research plays an important role in promoting teaching reform and supporting teachers’development.Under the“county-based”management system of compulsory education,the improvement of the educational research system at the district and county level plays a key role in the process of regional education and teaching reform and the cultivation of professional teaching staff,which has become a necessity for the development of curriculum and teaching reform in China.At present,the implementation of regional educational research system is of great significance to teacher’s development,discipline construction,curriculum and teaching reform,and the balanced development of regional education.However,there are still practical difficulties in the design of educational research activities,the construction of educational research staff and the construction of organizational management system.Therefore,we should improve the construction of regional educational research system from three aspects:ideology and culture construction,platform and system construction,and educational research community construction.
