德国职业能力本位幼儿园教师培养体系的特征及启示

摘要 通过文本分析和实地考察交流,分析德国萨克森州幼儿园教师培养的基本特征和具体举措,进而探究它们对我国幼儿园教师培养改革的启示。首先,从人才培养目标、课程设置、课程实施、课程评价、实践实训等方面分析德国幼儿园教师培养体系。其次,总结提炼德国幼儿园教师培养以塑造职业能力为目标,构建工作过程行动导向的学习领域式课程模式,形成了精细化、个性化、规范化的实践教学体系。最后,基于德国幼儿园教师培养体系的内容及特征分析,提出可行的改革思路:修正课程理念,构建能力本位模块化课程,贯彻工作过程行动导向,培养学生职业能力,发挥行业幼儿园主体作用,加强实践实训管理。 Through textual analysis and on-site investigation and communication,this study analyzes the basic characteristics and specific measures of preschool teacher training in Saxony,Germany,and then explores its implications for the reform of preschool teacher training in China.First,the preschool teacher training system in Germany is analyzed from the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum design,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,and practical training.Second,it is summarized that the training of preschool teachers in Germany aims to shape professional competence,builds a work-process action-oriented learning field-based curriculum model,and forms a refined,individualized,and standardized practical teaching system.Finally,based on the analysis of the content and characteristics of the preschool teacher training system in Germany,feasible reform ideas are proposed,including revising the curriculum concept,constructing a competence-based modular curriculum,adhering to the work-process action-oriented approach,cultivating students’professional competence,giving full play to the key role of kindergartens in the industry,and strengthening the management of practical training.
