摘要
产教融合共同体建设是当前产教融合改革的重要举措之一,能有效促进高职产教融合的深度,推动职业教育改革和高等教育高质量发展,也是连接教育界与企业界发展的必要桥梁。嵌入性理论下,高职产教融合共同体建设存在政策单一导致共同体建设进度缓慢、院校与企业文化不同导致建设过程受限、院校与企业结构差异性导致建设深度不足、院校与企业关系表面化导致建设效果不佳等问题。基于此,应完善政府顶层设计,强化文化交流合作、优化融合运行机制、厚植主体协调发展,从而更好地助力产教融合优质改革。
The construction of industry-education integration communities is one of the important measures in the current reform of industry-education integration,which can effectively promote the depth of this integration in vocational education,advance the reform of vocational education,and ensure the high-quality development of higher education.It also serves as an essential bridge connecting the education sector and the business world.Under the embeddedness theory,there are problems such as slow progress of the community construction due to the policy’s single-mindedness,limited construction process due to the difference in culture between institutions and enterprises,insufficient construction depth due to the structural difference between institutions and enterprises,and poor construction effect due to the superficial relationship between institutions and enterprises.To address these issues,it is necessary to improve the top-level design of the government,strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation,optimize the integration operation mechanism,and promote the coordinated development of the main body,thereby better facilitating high-quality reforms of the integration of industry and education.
