摘要
深化产教融合是推进我国人才培养改革的重要制度设计,本科层次职业院校产教融合是提升高层次技术技能人才培养质量的重要方式,其关键在于如何增强职业教育与产业发展的关联性与协调性。基于生态学理论,从社会生态、文化生态、组织生态等多维视角把握产教融合的实践样态与逻辑路向,以社会生态为研究起点,厘清本科层次职业院校产教融合的运行逻辑,激发产教融合的发展活力;以文化生态为联结纽带,衔接本科层次职业院校、企业、地方文化环境间的相互作用关系,丰富产教融合的发展内涵;以组织生态为路径,实现本科层次职业院校与多元产业环境的结构耦合,打造产教融合新生态,构建本科层次职业院校产教融合长效机制。
Deepening the integration of production and education is an important institutional design to promote the reform of talent training in my country,the integration of production and education in vocational colleges at the undergraduate level is an important way to improve the quality of high-quality technical and skilled personnel training,and the key lies in how to enhance the correlation and coordination between vocational education and industrial development.Based on ecological theory,it will grasp the practical pattern and logical direction of the integration of production and education from the perspectives of social ecology,cultural ecology,organizational ecology,etc.Taking the social ecology as the starting point of research,it will clarify the operation logic of the integration of production and education in vocational colleges at the undergraduate level, and stimulate the development vitality of the integration of production and education;Taking cultural ecology as the bond,it will link the interaction between undergraduate-level vocational colleges, enterprises, and local cultural environments, and enrich the development connotation of the integration of production and education;taking the organizational ecology as the path,it will realize the structural coupling of undergraduate-level vocational colleges and diverse industrial environments,create a new ecology of industryeducation integration,and build a long-term mechanism for the integration of production and education in vocational colleges at the undergraduate level.
