摘要
为探究补血药四物汤对强制换羽蛋鸡产蛋周期和生产性能的影响,本试验将60羽蛋鸡随机均分为3个组,即空白对照组(自由饮水,给予正常饲料和光照)、强制换羽组(自由饮水,根据强制换羽方案饲养)和四物汤换羽组(夜间禁水,白天给予四物汤,饮尽后自由饮水,根据强制换羽方案饲养)。试验过程中测定各组蛋鸡的体重、产蛋率和产蛋品质;采集各时期各组蛋鸡的血液样本,检测红细胞总数;采用ELISA试剂盒测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P4)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)的含量,使用生化试剂盒检测血清中血脂四项含量;检测卵巢指数,卵泡数量、质量和大小。结果显示,四物汤换羽组蛋鸡在二次产蛋期的产蛋率、鸡蛋质量和蛋壳厚度均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01)和强制换羽组(P<0.05);在试验第28天,与空白对照组相比,四物汤换羽组蛋鸡红细胞总数、E2含量、P4含量、FSH含量、LH含量、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量、卵巢指数、等级卵泡数、等级前卵泡数、各等级卵泡质量和直径均显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);与强制换羽组相比,四物汤换羽组红细胞总数、E2含量、P4含量、FSH含量和HDL含量均显著增加(P<0.05)。结果表明,四物汤可提高强制换羽蛋鸡的生殖激素含量,促进卵泡的发育和成熟,改善蛋鸡产蛋性能,提高经济效益。
In order to explore the effects of the blood-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine formula Siwu Soup on the laying cycle and production performance of forced molting laying hens,60 laying hens were randomly divided into three groups:the Blank control group(free access to water,normal feed,and lighting),the Forced molting group(free access to water,following a forced molting regimen),and the Siwu Soup molting group(water restriction at night,Siwu Soup given during the day,followed by free access to water,following a forced molting regimen).The body weight,laying rate,and egg quality of each group were measured.Blood samples were collected at different periods to determine the total number of red blood cells.ELISA kits were used to measure serum levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH).Biochemical kits were used to assess the four main serum lipid indicators.Additionally,ovarian index,follicle count,quality,and size were examined.The results showed that the laying rate,egg quality,and eggshell thickness in the Siwu Soup group during the second laying period were extremely significantly higher than those in the Blank control group(P<0.01)and the Forced molting group(P<0.05).By the 28th day of the experiment,compared with the Blank control group,the total number of red blood cells,serum E2,P4,FSH,LH levels,ovarian index,high-density lipoprotein(HDL)content,number of hierarchical follicles,pre-hierarchical follicles,follicle mass,and diameter were significantly higher in the Siwu Soup group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the Forced molting group,the Siwu Soup group showed significantly increased red blood cell count,E2,P4,FSH,and HDL levels(P<0.05).The results indicate that Siwu Soup can increase reproductive hormone levels,promote follicle development and maturation,improve laying performance,and enhance economic benefits in forced molting laying hens.
