摘要
文章简述了家禽红细胞的形态、生成与凋亡、基本代谢情况,分析了缺氧、禽疟原虫病、牛磺酸和维生素E对于红细胞代谢的影响,发现在缺氧和疟原虫病等因素的影响下红细胞的糖代谢、物质运输、细胞膜通透性方面都发生了改变,牛磺酸和维生素E具有维持红细胞功能的作用,通过综述近年来有关影响禽类红细胞代谢状态的因素研究进展,以期为与禽类红细胞代谢相关临床疾病的研究提供参考。
This article summarized the morphology,generation and apoptosis,the basic metabolism of poultry erythrocytes,and analyzed the effects of hypoxia,plasmodiosis,taurine and vitamin E on red blood cell metabolism,and found that the glycometabolism,material transportation and cell membrane permeability of red blood cells changed under the influence of hypoxia and plasmodiosis.Taurine and vitamin E had the effect of maintaining red blood cell function.The progress on red blood cell metabolism in poultry in recent years provided some reference for the study of clinical diseases related to red blood cell metabolism in poultry.
