摘要
恶性肿瘤化疗后的骨髓抑制在中医上属于“血虚”“虚劳”“血证”等范畴,传统中药单味药、经典方剂以益气养血为骨髓抑制的治疗原则,主要通过改善外周血象、增强机体免疫力、改善造血微环境、促进造血干细胞增殖分化等途径促进骨髓造血功能的恢复。中药在治疗骨髓抑制方面作用显著,包括人参、黄芪、当归、川芎、四物汤、八珍汤等。本文就近年来中药对肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制辅助治疗的实验研究进展进行相关综述,以期为中药抗骨髓抑制新药的研究与开发提供文献参考。
Bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the categories of“blood deficiency”“consumptive disease”and“blood syndrome”.The principle for bone marrow suppression treatment of single traditional Chinese medicine and classical prescriptions is to invigorate qi and nourish blood,it can promote the recovery of hematopoietic function of bone marrow by improving peripheral blood picture,enhancing immunity,improving hematopoietic microenvironment and promoting proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and other ways.The traditional Chinese medicines play a significant role in the treatment of bone marrow depression,including ginseng,milkvetch root,Chinese angelica,Sichuan lovage rhizome,Siwu Decoction,Bazhen Decoction and so on.This article reviews the experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in adjuvant treatment of bone marrow suppression after tumor chemotherapy in recent years,in order to provide references for the research and development of new anti-bone marrow suppression drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.
