摘要
军队院校依托学科特色,围绕教学这一核心职能不断体系化发展,但对军队特殊需求把握不足,专业课程教学与部队现实情况和实际需求渐行渐远。服务部队有效促进了院校与部队之间的交流联系,如何依托服务部队战略,深化军队院校“军事建筑设计”课程实战化内涵,加强院校课程与部队战训需求联系,提升教学实战化水平成为值得关注的问题。采用定性研究方法,提出将部队人员与军事设施纳入课程实战化建设条件之中,扩充教学实战化条件;服务部队成果转化为教学素材,提高教学内容实战化质量;开展多元形式院校—部队互补教学,缩短课堂与部队战训需求距离。
Relying on the discipline characteristics,military academies and universities have continuously developed systematically around the core function of teaching,but they have insufficient grasp of the special needs of the military,and the teaching of professional courses and the actual situation and actual needs of the troops are gradually drifting apart.How to rely on the strategy of serving the troops to deepen the connotation of the actual combat of the military architecture design courses of military academies and universities,strengthen the connection between the courses of academies and universities and the needs of the troops’combat training,and improve the level of teaching in actual combat has become a problem worthy of attention.This paper adopts qualitative research methods,proposes to include military personnel and military facilities in the conditions for the construction of the curriculum in actual combat and expand the conditions for teaching and actual combat;to transform the results of service units into teaching materials and enhance the quality of teaching content in actual combat;and to carry out complementary teaching in colleges and universities in various forms-troops and shorten the distance between the classroom and the military’s combat training needs.
