摘要
目的探究孕期实施精准营养摄入量指导对母婴健康的护理影响。方法选择三明市第二医院2022年1月至2023年3月收治的80例孕妇为研究对象。分组采用奇偶数法,对照组40例给予常规护理干预,研究组40例常规护理基础上实施精准营养摄入量指导。比较孕妇对护理的满意度,孕妇蛋白质、维生素、钙、铁、锌、叶酸摄入量情况,母婴健康出现问题的概率,生活质量以及负性情绪。结果研究组护理满意度以及生理、躯体、情感、社会等生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组孕妇蛋白质、维生素、钙、铁、锌以及叶酸摄入量大于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组孕妇健康问题发生率、新生儿健康问题发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论孕期护理干预中对孕期实施精准营养摄入量指导可以提高母婴健康水平,应用价值高。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of precise nutrition intake guidance on maternal and infant health during pregnancy.Methods Eighty cases of pregnant women from January 2022 to March 2023 in the Second Hospital of Sanming City were selected as study subjects.The grouping was based on the odd-even method,40 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing interventions,and 40 cases in the study group were given precise nutritional intake guidance based on conventional nursing.Satisfaction of pregnant women with nursing care,intake of protein,vitamins,calcium,iron,zinc,and folic acid by pregnant women,probability of maternal and infant health problems,quality of life,and negative emotions were compared.Results Satisfaction with nursing care and physical,somatic,emotional,and social quality of life scores were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The intake of protein,vitamins,calcium,iron,zinc and folic acid of pregnant women in the study group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of maternal health problems,neonatal health problems,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of precise nutrition intake guidance during pregnancy nursing intervention can improve the maternal and infant health level and has high application value.
