摘要
培育齐鲁工匠精神是山东职业教育实现新质生产力劳动者要素升级的重要突破和创新。在职业教育中创新儒家文化培育齐鲁工匠精神,有助于探索职业教育立德树人新模式,有助于培养“爱岗敬业、崇尚品质、精益求精、勇于创新、甘于奉献、追求卓越”的工匠型人才,有助于山东职业教育高质量发展,有助于赋能新质生产力的新发展。将儒家文化有机融入齐鲁工匠精神培育中,需要创新儒家文化育人理论,在文献研究、调研分析、比较分析的基础上,创新性发展儒家文化,创造性转化儒家文化育人资源,探索“资源开发模块化、模块应用项目化、项目嵌入灵活化”育人资源开发新模式,构建“育人主体、培养方案、育人理念、资源呈现、考核评价”融合新路径。
Cultivating the Qilu craftsman spirit is an important breakthrough and innovation for Shandong vocational education to realize the upgrading of factors of new-quality productive laborers.Innovating the cultivation of the Qilu craftsman spirit with Confucian culture in vocational education is helpful to explore a new model of moral education in vocational education,helpful to cultivate craftsman-type talents with"devotion to work,advocating quality,striving for excellence,daring to innovate,willing to contribute,and pursuing excellence",helpful to the high-quality development of Shandong vocational education,and helpful to the new development of enabling new-quality productive forces.To organically integrate Confucian culture into the cultivation of the Qilu craftsman spirit,it is necessary to innovate the educational theory of Confucian culture.On the basis of literature research,research and analysis,and comparative analysis,innovatively develop Confucian culture,creatively transform the educational resources of Confucian culture,explore a new model of educational resources development of"modularization of resource development,projectization of module application,and flexibility of project embedding",and construct a new integrated path of"educational subject,training plan,educational concept,resource presentation,and assessment and evaluation".
