摘要 高职院校特色文化育人需要解决定位、方法和体系构建三大问题。文化育人与学校精神具有相辅相成的关系,是整个学校文化育人的核心;制度文化起到承上启下的作用,是精神文化与物质文化和行为文化表征的纽带;物质文化和行为文化是育人的载体,落实在育人的方方面面。杭州科技职业技术学院传承陶行知文化,凝练“爱满天下”和“一训三风”精神文化,在制度建设中融入陶行知教育思想,建立了专业文化、课堂文化、师资文化、环境文化、服务文化等育人平台和载体,形成文化育人体系,开展了全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的实践,取得了显著成效。 In order to practise the characteristic culture education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to solve three major problems,orientation,method and system construction.Cultural education and college culture complement each other,which is the core of culture education.System culture plays a connecting role,which is the link to spiritual culture,material culture and behavioral culture.Material culture and behavioral culture are carriers of education,which are implemented in all aspects of it.Hangzhou Polytechnic inherits Tao Xingzhi’s Philosophy,combines the spiritual culture of“Universal Love”and“One motto and three spirits”,integrates Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought into the system construction,establishes the cultural platform and carrier on majors,classes,teacher training,environment,service and so on.At present,it forms a cultural education system and practises an all-staff education,a whole-process education and an all-round education,which has achieved remarkable results.
