摘要
互动仪式链为高校教师荣誉仪式分析提供全新的视角。从互动仪式链视域检视当前高校教师荣誉仪式主要面临“荣誉仪式类型呈现单一化,教师参与荣誉仪式的主体缺位”“主流意义符号认识的缩影,荣誉仪式多维功能的遮蔽与迷失”“荣誉仪式同质化且表演化倾向明显,存在离身的看客化现象”“呈现自语式的单向输出与传播,情感能量传导的阻断且消弭”等困境。基于互动仪式链理论提出了高校教师荣誉仪式的应对策略:充分认识教师荣誉仪式的多维功能,实现三重自觉的价值赋意;注重荣誉仪式参与中的情感运作逻辑,唤醒参与主体的情感体验;打造双向沉浸交融式的仪式空间,激发不同主体的意义体认和心理共振;精心设计荣誉仪式的内容编码,促进荣誉仪式多要素的艺术整合。
The interactive ritual chain provides a new perspective for the analysis of honor ceremonies for university teachers.From the perspective of interactive ritual chain,the current honor ceremonies for university teachers mainly face the homogenization of honor ceremony types and the absence of teachers'participation in honor ceremonies.The epitome of mainstream symbolic understanding,the masking and loss of multidimensional functions of honor ceremonies.The homogenization and performative tendency of honor ceremonies are obvious,and there is a phenomenon of detached spectators.Presenting the one-way output and dissemination of self language,as well as the obstruction and elimination of emotional energy transmission.Based on the theory of interactive ritual chain,strategies for responding to honor ceremonies for university teachers have been proposed:fully understanding the multidimensional functions of teacher honor ceremonies and achieving triple conscious value empowerment.Pay attention to the emotional operation logic in the participation of honor ceremonies,and awaken the emotional experience of the participants.Creating a bi-directional immersive and blending ritual space,stimulating the recognition of meaning and psychological resonance of different subjects.Carefully design the content encoding of the honor ceremony to promote the artistic integration of multiple elements of the honor ceremony.
