摘要
数字化被定位为教育现代化转型的战略手段,教育部对教师数字素养提出了具体行业标准要求。稳定的政策支持,长期的硬件投入和逐步完善的管理制度已经培育了我国高校教师的基本素养。对接行业标准,当前工作还存在数字资源运用缺乏亮点,师生互动未有实质性进步,课外数字资源使用混乱,数字化与教师发展融合度不够等短板。下一阶段可从合理划分数字素养层级,拓展师生互动能力与渠道,优化利用校外数字资源方法,将数字素养内化为教师基础技能等四个方面持续发力,以满足《教师数字素养》的具体要求。
Digitization has been positioned as a strategic means of education modernization.The ministry of education has put forward standard requirements for teachers'digital literacy.Stable policy support,long-term hardware input and improving management system have cultivated the basic literacy of college teachers in China.According to standards,there is still shortcomings such as lack of bright spots in the use of digital resources,no substantial progress in the interaction between teachers and students,misuse of extra-curricular digital resources,and insufficient integration of digitization with teacher development.In the next stage,efforts should be made to ensure reasonable division of digital literacy levels,expansion of teacher-student interaction ability and channels,optimization of off-campus digital resources and internalization of digital literacy into teachers'basic skills,so as to meet the specific requirements of digital literacy for teachers.
