基于动态节拍控制的智能灌装生产线的设计

摘要 研究的带有动态节拍控制的自动灌装输送线设备控制系统,对于大多数的自动化灌装生产线,用固定的上料、下料速度就可以满足生产的需求,但对于多台相同功能的灌装秤的作业时间在现实上不可能完全相同,还有出现故障的状况,这样就会出现工位间负荷不均衡,各工位间工作快慢不同的现象,负荷高的工位会产生拥堵而负荷低的工位却经常无料可加工。此次研究的项目是由20台相同功能的灌装秤组成的自动灌装输送线设备,为了克服作业负荷不均衡的不良现象,通过引入动态节拍控制功能,对上料的时间进行节拍化,同时对作业进行研究、对时间进行测定,以使各个工位的工作能力都能够充分利用,保证生产线顺畅运行,即实现生产的平衡性。 The automatic filling conveyor line equipment control system with dynamic beat control,for most of the automated filling production lines,with a fixed loading and unloading speed can meet the needs of production,but for the filling scale operation time with multiple function in reality can not be exactly the same,there is a failure situation,so there will be uneven load between stations,the phenomenon of work speed between stations is different,high load stations will produce congestion but low load stations often have no material to process.The research project is composed of 20 sets of the same function filling scale composed of automatic filling conveyor line equipment,in order to overcome the undesirable phenomenon of uneven workload,through the introduction of dynamic beat control function,the timing of the feeding time,while the operation is studied,the time is measured,so that the working capacity of each station can be fully utilized,to ensure the smooth operation of the production line,that is,to achieve the balance of production.
