摘要
针对IC卡生产线中装配物流中心的布局问题进行仿真研究。应用Flexsim软件对制造业生产车间的结构布局、生产过程进行仿真,并进行优化,评估生产车间的生产效率,解决了生产瓶颈问题。
In this paper, we focused on the simulation research on the layout of assembly logistics center in IC card production line. We applied the Flexsim software to simulate the structural layout and the production process of the manufacturing workshop, optimized the analytical results, evaluated the production efficiency, and solved the bottleneck problem.
