摘要
针对复杂生产线控制参数的优化问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的仿真优化方法,该方法在传统遗传算法的基础上,采用小生境种群生成技术、整体与局部交叉繁殖策略和自适应变异算子,在实际测试中大大地提高了优化的效率。最后给出了算法的求解实例及与同类软件的比较结果。
Aiming at optimization problems of control parameter in complex manufacturing line, this paper puts forward a simulation optimization method based on genetic algorithm (GA). In this method, which is based on traditional GA, we use niche population produce technology, whole and part crossover strategy and adaptive mutation operator. These technologies greatly improve the efficiency of optimization. In the lastof this paper, an example of algorithm and the results compared with similar software are given.
