摘要
重点分析CC-LINK网络特性、硬件配制、与PLC间的通信方式。通过CC-LINK网络实现了PLC与变频器之间的信号传输。由于CC-LINK是一种新型的现场总线,可以保证PLC与变频器之间稳定、快速的进行数据交换,从而保证了PLC指令的发送、信号的采集具有较高的实时性与可靠性。因此在优化参数值后,薄板坯连铸机传动链运行稳定,速度在0~16 m/min范围连续可调,完全满足了生产工艺要求。
The characteristics of CC-Link network,hardware preparation,the communication mode is focused on.The signal transmission between the PLC and the transducer is carried out through the CC-Link.Because CC-Link is a new type of field bus.CC-Link can be exchanged the data stably and rapidly between the PLC and the inverter,ensuring the real-time and reliability of the PLC instructions sending and the signal collection.After optimizing the parameter,the chain of the continuous casting plant is stably moving and the velocity at the range of 0-16 m/min continuously adjustable,so the CC-Link system can meet the requirements of the production completely.
