摘要
介绍了三菱FR-A740系列通用变频器采用共用直流母线技术在H型钢生产线辅助传动中的应用。在H型钢生产线中,变频器供电采用共用直流母线技术,可以在取得较高的调速精度的同时,将电机在制动过程中产生的再生能源加以合理利用,从而取得良好的节能效果。
This paper introduces the applications of MITSUBISHI FR-A740 series general inverter adopting common DC bus on H-beam auxiliary drive.In H-beam production line,the technology of common DC bus is used in power supply by inverter.By this technology,the higher adjusting-speed accuracy is achieved,and also the regenerative energy produced in the motor braking process is used and recycled properly,which acquire favorable energy-saving effect.
