摘要
为有效达成“食品微生物实验技术”的课程目标,教学团队按照金课两性一度的标准,在教学过程中构建层级立体化教学模式。教学团队通过优化实验内容,逐级提高复杂程度;联动实施实验,促使本科生强化训练操作技能;面向新工科产业实践,培养本科生创新能力;与第二课堂有机结合,培养学生实践能力等,有效构建了建层级立体化教学模式。这种教学模式有助于培养学生深入领会理论知识,扎实掌握操作技能,塑造良好的责任担当意识。层级立体化教学模式实现新工科背景下“食品微生物实验技术”课程培养高素质食品科技人才的教学目标。
In“Food Microbiology Experimental Technology”course,a hierarchical stereoscopic teaching model is constructed according to the high-level innovative and challenging of gold course standard.Through optimizing experimental contents and gradually increasing complexity,the joint implementation of experiments to promote undergraduates to strengthen the training of operational skills,facing the industrial practice of new engineering and cultivating the innovation ability of undergraduates,and the organic combination with the second class to train the practical ability of undergraduates,the hierarchical stereoscopic teaching model is effectively built.This teaching mode is beneficial to train students to perceive theoretical knowledge deeply,to grasp operational skills solidly,and to shape a good sense of responsibility.The hierarchical stereoscopic teaching mode might realize the teaching goal of cultivating high-quality food science and technology talents in“Food Microbiology Experimental Technology”course under the background of new engineering.
