摘要
基于姜黄素与亚甲基蓝超分子组装机制的染整一体化工艺,成功制备了颜色可调、高效抗菌和耐久稳定的光动力抗菌医用涤纶织物。该光动力抗菌涤纶织物表现出优异的耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。双光敏剂的协同作用显著提升了其光动力学性能,并增强了抗菌效果。经30 min光照后,光动力抗菌涤纶织物对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率分别达到99.31%和89.41%。此外,该光动力抗菌涤纶织物穿着舒适性优异,制备过程简便高效。
By leveraging the supramolecular assembly mechanism of curcumin and Methylene Blue,an integrat⁃ed dyeing and finishing process is successfully developed to create photodynamic medical polyester fabrics with color-variable,antibacterial,and durable performance.This photodynamic antibacterial polyester fabric ex⁃hibits excellent color fastnesses to washing and rubbing.The synergistic effect of dual photosensitizers signifi⁃cantly enhances its photodynamic performance antibacterial effect.After 30 min of light exposure,the photody⁃namic polyester fabrics achieves antibacterial rates of 99.31%against S.aureus and 89.41%against E.coli.Fur⁃thermore,the photodynamic polyester fabrics demonstrates excellent wearing comfort and the preparation pro⁃cess is simple and efficient.
