摘要
为实现涤棉织物的阻燃/抗菌协同整理,以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为反应物,分别合成了八氨丙基八硅倍半氧烷和2-氯乙基DOPO,通过轧烘焙方法将其整理到涤棉织物上,并对其进行氯化处理。结果表明:阻燃/抗菌整理涤棉织物的阻燃等级达到B1级;整理后未氯化的织物在30 min接触时间内对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的对数减少值分别达到2.56 log和2.06 log,而经氯化处理后其能够在1 min的接触时间内杀灭接种的细菌,表现出迅速且优异的抗菌性能。
To achieve flame retardant/antibacterial synergistic finishing of polyester cotton fabrics,octaaminopro⁃pyloctasilsesquioxane and 2-chloroethyl DOPO are synthesized using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO)as reactants,and are applied onto polyester-cotton fabrics using pad-dry-cure technique and subjected to chlorination treatment.The results show that the flame retardant grade of the flame-retardant/antibacterial polyester cotton fabric can reach Grade B1.The non chlorinated fabric achieves logarithmic reduction values of 2.56 log and 2.06 log against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,respectively,during the 30 min contact time.The chlorinated fab⁃rics can kill the inoculated bacteria in 1 min contact time,showing rapid and excellent antibacterial properties.
